CA$2,300.00
Formation cost (from dataset)
CA$300.00
One-time formation applied
CA$300.00
Estimated runway

First-year operating cost

Runway (21 months, against a 24-month horizon)

Methodology

Simplified cash-runway model. Monthly burn = founder salary/draw + accounting/admin + software/tools + contractor/team, all entered by the user. One-time formation cost defaults to the country's statutory formation cost from the dataset (override it if you have a quote). Runway = floor((starting cash − one-time formation) ÷ monthly burn). It does NOT model revenue, taxes, social charges, FX, inflation, or cost-of-living — those are deliberately user-entered assumptions. Orientation only, not financial advice.

These calculations are informational estimates based on headline rates and transparent assumptions — not tax, accounting, or legal advice. Verify with a qualified local advisor before relying on the results.

Data limitations

  • Formation costs are approximations and may vary by provider, package, and entity type.
  • Payment-provider availability (Stripe, PayPal, Wise) reflects the most recent review and may change over time.
